This is the kind of pub/hotel/motel people always used to stay in, before they invented "boutique hotels" and laminated flooring. If you are looking for "stylish" - whatever that means this week - you will not be rating the place. However, it's a pleasant place to stay for a night or so, the pub's good, the food provides generous portions... More

We stayed here for sat and sun night during our visit to Snetterton circuit. Ideally situated and in lovely countryside. The rooms are a little tired and dark but the food on sat eve was lovely, large portions and good value for money. The breakfast is also very good. When we arrived I asked if we needed to book for... Thank you for your kind comments however as you booked through the reservation agency 'Booking.com' we assumed you would know that the main building closes only on a Sunday at 5.00pm even though you still have full access to you room because it is clearly explained on their website under the heading 'Hotel Rules'. Other guests did know this as... More

Located in the countryside. Basic rooms, very clean. Run by very nice and lovely people.english traditional breakfast. Recommended!!! A general information about most of the countryside: it is a poor connection to wifi

When we arrived from the States, there was an issue with the first rooms' boiler so Mary moved us straight away to another room which we kept for 4 nights. The staff is what differentiates this hotel from others. They absolutely bent over backward making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I didn't bring the correct power... More

Chose it to stay is I was going to a family gathering close by. Was inexpensive and room was relatively simple but comfy and everything worked. Always bear in mind it's a B&B not The Hilton. Don't expect a marble bathroom and Queen size beds. Staff were really friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast was really lovely too. The... More

All I wanted was nice room, a comfortable bed, a decent evening meal, and wholesome English breakfast to set me up for the day, at reasonable cost,. And that's what I got, plus a warm welcome to boot. If I am ever in the area again, I will stay here.

I generally do a fair bit of travelling, and tend to book last minute. So pretty open minded as to what to expect. I stumbled upon the 'hare-able hotel' as it was situated pretty close to my next morning's appointment (Cranswick), but tbh wish I'd of kept driving to the next village!!!!!! I was fully aware I got the last... More

I really can't believe some people. This gentleman arrived at our hotel desperately needing a room. We explained that we only had 1 room left and we usually didn't sell it because it was very small and at the end of the block. We explained that the room had not had any heating on for days and would take several... More

Having booked this for my in laws to stay for one night, the were extremely pleased with their room. The service was good and the breakfast they told me was superb. My only complaint was after popping in to pay for the room for my in laws as a surprise I was dismayed to find that the morning they left... More

I went on a weekend break with three other girls, between the four of us we stayed In two of the outer buildings of which I would say well equipped, plenty of heating of which I must admit I thought wouldn't be for an outer building but I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and tidy. Tea and coffee making facilities... More
