Stayed here with my family to attend a funeral, the reception afterwards being held in the hotel. At the same time the hotel was hosting meals for a number of families whose children had made their F,irst Communion, so it was a very busy time indeed. Despite this we found the hotel, it's staff and the facilities second to none.... more

Spent 3 days at this friendly hotel and ate there each evening - twice in bar and one full dinner. Staff friendly, helpful, food superb. There was a wedding each day but that didn't disrupt anything. Slept through the disco on Sat. night!!. Swimming pool very spacious with jacuzzi and hydro pool and plenty of room for children and adults.... more

Thank you for your feedback and I'm glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed the stay .The pool is a consistent depth of 1.3m therefore not requiring the direct supervision of a life guard , having said this we do supervise the pool from our reception desk which is covered at all time.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel was nicely decorated and had good facilities. However toilet in room was filthy and had to be cleaned at 2am when I returned from a gig. Then fights broke out directly below window after nightclub on premises closed. Screaming and shouting until 4am. Assured by porter it's a regular occurrence. Very disappointed after having... more

We were disappointed to hear the comments but we take them on board, the cleanliness of the room was obviously a once off over sight

I was at a wedding at the this hotel recently. The hotel itself looks amazing from the moment you walk into the building but, and i am afraid there is a very big but. The service was bad from the bar service to the meal service. My partner was the driver and ordered a beer mixed with 7up and got... more

I am not permitted to respond directly to this review , needless to say it is inaccurate , if this was true I don’t think we’d be in business for too long , anybody who is considering us a wedding venue , please take the time to come and talk directly with the hotel

Visited with extended family, found the decor throughout impressive, bedrooms in particular decorated to a high level in a unique style. The service was friendly and efficient and food excellent. The leisure center was enjoyed by all family members young and old. Looking forward to our next visit more

I recently used the hotel for a number of meeting and could only say that it was superb. We did not stay over night, or use the Leisure Centre facilities, but we did have lunch which was very tasty and good value for money. The meeting rooms were of a very high standard and all our specific requests were met... more

We weren't staying here, but a group of us had dinner in the restaurant. The food was terrible, and service dire. Would recommend not rating here more

I went for evening dinner in this hotel with my partner Last night and was very disappointed with the service and food. It took the waiter at least 10 mins to even acknowledge that we were waiting at the bar, when he finally did we ordered some drinks and received the wrong order (didnt think it would have been that... more

recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my partner. definately one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was beautiful, food in the restaurant and bar was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there isint much to do in the area. Will definately be back. more
