My husband and I have a boat moored at nearby Barton Turf. We have regularly used the Wayford Bridge for an evening meal as the ambiance and food were excellent and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, on our last visit in September our impression has greatly changed. On entering the bar area we were really shocked at the difference, the homely character... More

We stayed for three nights from 29th September 2014 and they gave us the low season price of £60 per night B&B, which we thought was excellent value. The hotel is easy to find which does mean that it is on a quite busy road, but that didn't bother us at all. Most rooms overlook the river, but if you... More

We recently stayed at the Wayford Bridge Inn hotel and have to say what a vast improvement made since the last time we stayed there. Main changes were made in the Restaurant, featuring quality tables/chairs and a vast array of pictures/photos to keep you amused for ages. However, there is always a however, the room destined for breakfast is really... More

Staff seemed confused, food just okay, had fish and chips, fish was good but chips were from a packet, mushy peas not mushy but dried out. Decor a bit strange also, pictures and adverts absolutley everywhere. Also this place appears to be a museum for table football machines-random. Mould in bathroom where water had been dripping off the shower curtain.... More

Went Saturday 20th September for a celebratory meal and the whole ambience was good and staff looked really professional and friendly. Had oysters and belly pork, superb meal and recommend all of it. Nice and relaxing atmosphere and well worth a visit.

Pretentious and soulless place...Immediately decided not to eat there...What a good choice we made. But unfortunately decided to have a quick drink. Bad move....two glasses of Pinot Grigio costed us £11.00. They were what the bar woman called, "Medium" size. I hate to think how much the large glass of wine is? Oh well....only they loose.

I went there for a family dinner. We knew the restaurant very well pre-refurb; I have to admit that I much preferred it then. The lighting at the dining tables is terrible: a bare bulb in glass surround hanging so low down so that you can't look anywhere without having to stare at it, yet the light cast was very... More

just back from a long weekend boating on the Broads. We decided to ditch the boat for the last night and check into a hotel. We found this hotel by chance and what a find it was! All the staff we met were wonderful, the room was clean and amazing value. It appeared to us as if the hotel recently... More

a party booking of which we were one couple - I might be being harsh but for a hotel accredited to a named chef - i thought the rooms were tired, we were facing the front of the hotel which was directly facing the car park and road (which was noisy) - there was no blind/voile to screen room from... Recently stayed overnight at this hotel, whilst visiting The Broads. Good location, by the river, unless you get a room (as we did) near the main road. It was very noisy. The hotel looks more like a pub, because as you enter, the reception is just a part of the bar. The décor is very quirky, have not yet decided... More
