Great food! Very impressed by the gluten free options! But the star of the show was Sue! The customer service was second to none! Very friendly and helpful - a credit to the company! Thank you so so much!

We hired a houseboat for 4 days and it was lovely, peaceful and a great place to relax. From the outside it looks s bit rundown but I'm the inside they are like pine log cabins and have everything you need. The electric, toilet and water is by £1 meter so make sure you have plenty in, we used about... More

The party was in Wroxham with transport laid on for us. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and not phased by all of us in fancy dress! Breakfast next morning was a laid back affair, all staff very friendly. I would happily use the hotel again when in the area.

Went here today for the first time snce I was a kid, I'm now 46! I couldn't recognise the place. The contemporary interior was very nice, but no windows in the bar or lounge area which was a little odd, but the decor was nice. We decided to eat and I had roast beef which was fantastic. The Sunday lunch... More

Spent 3 nights here 23-26 March. Lovely quiet location on the outskirts of Stalham, ( not walking distant ). All the staff were very pleasant & helpful, the food was very good. The room was very clean but needed some updating, also most of coathangers had disappeared!! Alas wi-fi & mobile signal was no go.A good base to see the... More

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Evening meal of lamb shank was excellent. I was also looking forward to the full English and was not disappointed. I would recommend this place for a 1-2 night stay but would recommend the restaurant at anytime. I would and will return!

Popped in to have a meal in the evening, candle lit tables and roaring fires, this place is perfect for a romantic meal, the barman was extremely polite and very keen to help us, the food was cooked to perfection and a very hearty portion size. I will definitely be returning.

Really nice and peaceful location by the river, ideal for a day or two. Nice cleans room, and the staff were very friendly. Good food and beer. There are two boat yards where you can hire day boats if you wish

Stayed two nights and I have to say, out of all the places I have stayed, got best sleep ever. I am a fusspot as the first thing I do when I enter a room is listen out for background noises like tap dripping or buzzing noises from extractor fan when it is supposed to be off plus outside noises... Rooms need updating, uncomfortable beds, when we arrived in our room there was no heating on and window was open. Bathroom needs updating, couldn't turn the tap off in bath then it switched to shower on its own and fixtures worn and look tired. Really wouldn't stay here again.
