B&B was fantastic, and surely is a home away from home; exactly what you want from an Irish B&B. Roy was a great host, and staying for the length of time I was made sure I was comfortable and had plenty to do. The room was comfortable, clean, and very spacious. Whilst the en-suite was small, it was not claustrophobic... More

Two nights B & B. Room was adequate. However one tiny mirror in the bathroom was inadequate. Plenty of room for a wall mirror. Great shower and hot water. No bed made up for second night.Had to ask for new towels. Fried breakfast was fine. No fruit of any kind. Only orange juice. Limited cereal. Fruit yogurt. Price of €35... More

Ethan house offers good value for money, is comfortable and clean and ideally located to explore the south coast of Ireland or a place to rest if you are on a fishing trip. Take an evening stroll down the causeway to the pier and watch the seals and sea otters play.

We just stay for one night but we felt like at home. Big wooden room, very clean, comfortable. Small bathroom but enough. Lovely house and lovely family. Full irish breakfast and more. Thanks for the stay. Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay at Ethan House. We booked last minute and Roy was most helpful. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. The B +B is in a great location for exploring beautiful west Cork.

The breakfast was delicious and Roy took the time to help us with our route the next day and give us helpful tips. One of our fondest memories of Ireland is the wonderful people we met along the...
