Four of us stayed here for a week, including my mother who is 92. The masseria is really beautiful and the house we stayed in - Il Mandorlo - spacious and comfortable. The owners - Riccardo and Sveva - are present, friendly and helpful.

I spent there 2 weeks and rarely I've seen such a place. 80ha of beautiful olive trees, pine trees, ancient buildings of historical importance. The swimming pool is perfect and so is everything else. Riccardo and Sveva are great hosts, full of charm! What a place!

We spend one week in 'La Quercia' and got a warm welcome from Sveva and Riccardo. It's in the far end of the domain in a seperate building with even a seperate road to enter. You can put your car close to your property. We liked the pool which is really big. Even when everybody present is in the poolarea... More

We have had a great time and we are very happy we were able to have all our wedding guests (65) in this Beautiful masseria. The dinner and party were perfect, the location is perfect. Not only for weddings but also to have a relaxed holiday in Puglia. Just relax at the masseria or make trips to Ostuni, Lecce, Brindisi.... More

Tenuta Deserto is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful countryside landscapes, explore nearby typical apulian towns and appreciate the warm hospitality of the masseria owners. The rooms and common spaces are gorgeous examples of local architecture that make your stay very special. A great find!

This place is a real estate, rested on a huge territory. Quite close to San Vito dei Nomanni, but still secluded and tranquil. There are areas to go for a walk, to relax by the pool, lots of greenary and beautiful details everywhere. A number of animals. which should be fun for children: goats, donkeys, rabbits and of course cats... More

Since we discovered it a couple of years ago, Tenuta Deserto has become our favourite base in Puglia: this is thanks to the unique atmosphere the owners have given to this century old property, whose name speaks of silence, space and quiet. One reaches the masseria through country roads, which let you admire the magic of the land, with its... More

Tenuta Deserto is a perfect spot to relax and discover the beauty of Salento. Although there are several rental houses on the tenuta, you have a great sense of privacy because all apartments have private terraces. So you are a part of a mediaeval court without the bother of it. The owners are very friendly and the wine bar has... More

We stayed end of August 2013, and holiday several times a year always in rented properties. Masseria Deserto is one of the best we have stayed in. Two great pools set in olive, fig and lawns. A really characterful old farm setting with acres to explore, various animals to feed, bikes to borrow (free), the estate even had its own... More

We stayed at the Melograno, a beautiful large apartment, we were 2 families in all and we all had a fab time including the 5 children, they spent most of the days at the pool, which was very big along with the lovely kids pool. In the evenings we explored lots of lovely areas, eg Lecce, Martina Franca, Locorotundo, Brindisi.... More
