Lovely Arts &Crafts House well maintained and furnished in line with the style of the house. Hosts very welcoming and attentive. Very flexible over check in time as we needed to get changed to go to a wedding. Comfortable room, good ensuite with plenty of hot water,toiletries etc. Excellent breakfast. “Lovely B&B, you won't be disappointed”

My partner and I stayed at Meads B&B for one night in November and highly recommend it. The B&B is close to Oxted rail station, the owners are extremely friendly and we were impressed with our comfortable, welcoming room. The full english was delicious plus we offered cereals, fruit, juices, tea and coffee. We will definitely stay again next time... More

“A Cut Above The Rest”

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped with wecoming and attentive hosts. A good selection of restaurants and pubs nearby and easy train connections to London and surrounding areas.

I was very keen to book a room at this bed and breakfast and was told that he couldn't book the room as his wife had the diary. He said he would call me back a day later. That day came and went and I called back again, and I was assured that I would be called back that evening.... More

I've stayed at this lovely B&B in Oxted, Surrey several times and thought it deserved a mention here. Always a friendly welcome and excellent accomodation with a fantastic breakfast.
