This was our second visit to Ravenstone Manor and our experience was as good, if not better, than our first time. Kim and Cherin are wonderful hosts and the whole team are so friendly and helpful. On top of this, there's a fabulous selection of meals which are delicious. Will we be back? Actually yes, we're back for another weekend... More

If you want a great weekend away to mark something special in your life, try Ravenstone Manor. From the moment of our arrival to the end of our stay we were made to feel comfortable and truly welcome. I had arranged a 50th Birthday getaway for my partner and I - the room was decorated for us, champagne was installed... More

Our two day stay was a gift from our son and his partner for Christmas. We decided to have a spring break and was delighted with the Ravenstone Manor. The staff were very helpful, nothing was out of the way for them and the food was most impressive. We have no hesitation to recommend this hotel.

We had been given this weekend as a Christmas present by our daughter + son-in-law. We had a lovely time - the hotel, staff and food were first class. From first arriving (a little early) we were made to feel so welcome - tea & home made biscuits in the lounge while we waited for our room. My sister joined... More

What a totally original place. Professional and yet laid back, old fashioned comforts yet modern food choices, spotlessly clean but walking boots welcome! We absolutely loved this hotel and the walks from the door are great.

Just come back from two nights at Ravenstone Manor - our second visit in eight months. There were four of us this time so we had two rooms, both of which were lovely. Dinner and breakfast were excellent again and were a special treat for the gluten-free member of our party. The staff are very attentive and made a special... More

My wife and I stayed at Ravenstone Manor for 2 nights on the 5th & 6th of this month (April 2014) and from the second we arrived to the sad moment we had to leave we were totally enthralled. Cherin and Kim made us feel welcome, comfortable and cherished. Nothing is too much trouble from the individually prepared packed lunch... More

Went with 2 kids (6 and 3 years old) on this trip. The place itself has a beautiful old charm. What strikes us most is the warm hospitality we received from the moment we stepped in till the minute we were out. The host was most informative, helpful, warm, thoughtful... The kids totally enjoyed the place and we appreciate that... More
