My wife and I stayed there from 4/23 - 4/26 and were pretty disappointed with the service that we received. From the time we got to our room until the time we left, it all went downhill. For being an advertised 4 diamond hotel we were amazed that the service was so sloppy and the rooms were in the condition... More

Stayed in a Royal Service oceanfront room. Nice, spacious. Odd smell. Pretty view of natural beach. Pretty resort overall. Nice but small Royal Service pool. Pool butlers were inconsistent. Some remained at the bar and did not provide individual service. Beach unfit for swimming due to large volume of water vegetation. Restaurants: Romantico good food and service. Avocado okay. Asian-CONfusion... More

Our family stayed at the Paradisus - Puerto Rico for a week in mid April 2007, and had a wonderful time. The grounds are lovely - beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. (The bathroom is large with marble floors and countertops, large mirror and terrific water pressure). The AC works well - actually a... More

For a 5 star property, we give this one a TEN! Loved the food, drinks, pool, room, hospitality, beach and Casino. We had read that the beach was full of coral, and it was, but we were ready for it with shoes.. We kayaked and the water was so calm and clear. We could walk all the way either direction and... More

Our party of 4 spent 5 nights at Paradisus in March 2007. One of our travelers walks with a cane and has difficulty standing alone. Our sad experiences began with the doorman. We arrived in the afternoon and after standing for considerable time with our bags at the entrance, we asked if we could not proceed to our rooms. The... More

Very nice facility and grounds. Restaraunts were average in quality, little expensive. We were gone most of the day time but did find the resort a pleasant place to stay. Did witness some people having registering problems. We had no troubles here at all.

Paradisus was beautiful. Everything was wonderful from the rooms to the grounds to the ocean. We went with 2 other couples and had terrific time. All-inclusive was perfect for us. We ate and drank all day. I was concerned about the food because of the reviews and how picky I am but I was pleasantly surprised , the food was... More

Sometimes is is easier to complain than to praise. Remember that when you read the negative reviews. I am sorry if those people had a bad time but we didn't at all! This place is beautiful. No problem at check in, great room. the friendliest staff I have ever met!! Snag a sun umbrella in the am early because you... More

Having read all the bad reviews about the resort, my husband and I were a bit apprehensive about our stay. So, we started out with very low expectations, which is often the best approach when chartering into the unknown. We chose this resort because it was rated to be one of the most kids-friendly resorts by the Conde Nast Traveler.... More

I am not sure what happened to the people who wrote such bad reviews of this resort. It really is wonderful. If you like a beautiful, tranquil and a relaxing vacation - this is the ideal place. Yes... Okay... you should make reservations for dinner. So do it early in the week. If you want to try all the restaurants... More
