The hotel is very nice, but in an aging beauty sort of way. The food was average, kind of a mix of Caribbean and Mexican food that came up short. The rooms are all set back from the beach or pool with a jungle view. Now for the good things: The Puerto Rican people are all very nice and even... More

Two things are most notable about the St. Regis Bahia Beach: the natural beauty of the setting and the impeccable service provided by all employees. The resort is an easy 20 min drive from the airport on a new expressway. It is a lovely combination of nature preserve, resort, golf course and residences. Wooden walkways crisscross the property, leading from... More

My wife and I have visited the St. Regis Bahia Beach, Puerto Rico, twice in the last year or so (most recently in June 2014). This is an exceptional property in terms of “hardware” and “software.” The rooms are exquisitely designed and appointed, with huge and lavish bathrooms (the suites are, in particular, amazing). The pool area is gorgeous, with... More

Just left the St Regis Bahia Resort today and as I think about our experience I'm impressed with the overall hospitality training all the staff must receive in every department I came in contact with. I forgot my charger for my Mac Air laptop and asked if they could help? Inside of 45 minutes I had a charger for my... More

Combined a business trip with some family time here. First experience at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The beach was miles long and very easy to jog and walk on. The water was a little rough so didn't get in. The facilities were top notch and we had a suite with the private butler. They took care of... More

This beautiful resort is gorgeous & has a staff to match. Beautiful location, beach & pool. the ocean in front of you and the beautiful rain forrest framing the backdrop of resort. The entire staff is friendly, professional, accommodating and truly seem to enjoy working for the Regis. When you have maintenance staff, always smiling, greeting you as they work... More

Unbelievable the lack of details from a 5 star property. The rooms aren't cleaned properly. We have a 6 year old which they know at check in and they want to do turn down service at 9. We spill coffee on the floor took them 2 days to clean. Couldn't get our room stocked until the 4 day from the... More

Average because status in the Starwood program is almost meaningless. Average because they don't give plats the 15% off already high F&B prices : Hint , you are not the only place in PR to eat and drink, and you didn't get at least $1000 of my revenue because of the prices and lack of 15 off. When I can... More

We typically spend the whole time with family near Mayaguez and Cabo Rojo, but this trip we decided to something different and stay on the Eastern part of the island for 4 days. The resort was FANTASTIC. As you drive in, you feel like you are in a secluded island. Check-in was quick, easy, and they offered us a rum... More
