My only advice....Save your money / Don't stay at this hotel. The hotel is about 5 years past remodeling time. Our stay was OK but the nickel dimeing of the whole place distracts from the beautiful resort. The driveway as you are leaving the elegant entry way is full of mud puddles. We came down here without the kids for a few days of R&R. The weather in PR was very windy and stormy before we arrived and on the first day or so of our visit. Lots of leaf debris washed out of the river to the east of the hotel beach and made the water a churning mess of leaves.... More

After a 45 minute trip from the airport, we were deposited at the grand resort and greeted warmly. Check in went smoothly with friendly staff.
