My room was really dirty by arrival, even food from the previous one in fridge. Sauna smelled 'funny' and sink did not work. Also as built really cheap, repair in facilities would be needed. We stayed at the crazy reindeer over easter. Hotel rooms were lovely not very big but very clean and warm. Self catering rooms need up dating badly but again were clean and warm, they had a great drying cupboard to dry your wet and cold clothes after a day on the slopes. If like us, you prefer to pay a little more and stay at a more stylish, more luxurious hotel, you may be initially disappointed when you arrive at the Crazy Reindeer/Hullu Porro. The Hollu Poro was great, we had no issues at all. We enjoyed it that much we are returning next january with a party of 13. Levi is great, we booked with Inghams and booked excursions when we got there with them just to check out price differences but they seemed reasonable. more
