We arrived on foot as part of a walking holiday. The bags had arrived ahead of us and were carried to the room for us. Everything about the quality of furniture and fittings was excellent. We have just returned from a lovely break at this hotel. Lovely big comfy rooms. Spotless and good service. Good value too. Brilliant spot for a lovely break there are some lovely walks by the riverside the castle is worth a vIsIt and you can walk or drive to a lovely sandy beach.. Will definitely be visiting again.

Since being taken over this is a lovely place for a relaxing meal Although l have not seen the rooms l have been told they are good. Gives this a go its lovely for Sunday lunch. Enjoy the stting as well as the hotel
