This is an excellent bed and breakfast + evening meals on 3 days a week that is a perfect place to stay whilst exploring the area. Hosts Guy and Jeanne are very warm and friendly , brilliant cooking by Jeanne , and full of good advice about local attractions / restaurants etc. The setting of the house with courtyard and... It is not hard to describe what makes La Maison de Rocbaron perfect. The room, the location, the breakfast and the property, in general - they're all really great but what makes the place truly special are the owners - Jeanne & Guy. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and treat you like members of... More

In order to accommodate our extended family of 11 people for a family wedding in a nearby town, we found this quaint B&B that had five double rooms, and the enormous pool and picturesque garden in the height of summer sealed the deal! The owners Guy and Jean were at our car to welcome us on arrival, and helped with... More

We recently had a very enjoyable stay at the Maison. It is a very attractive property with very comfortable accommodation. Jeanne and Guy could not do more to make your visit enjoyable and comfortable. Jeanne cooked us a great dinner that we enjoyed sitting under the Provençal stars and Guy was a mine of information on the best places to... More

La Maison offers a great location with a personal touch. You are welcomed as a friend, the room is clean and nice, the breakfast very tasty and there is the possibility to join dinner. The hosts are very friendly, open, helpfull and do take care.

Joanne and Guy achieve the highest standards of hospitality in their delightful B & B. To call it simply a B & B is to do it an injustice, as it far more resembles a boutique hotel, the only difference being that they don't offer dinner each night. From the initial welcome at the car park when Guy brings his... More

The place is really beautiful and the hosts are very kind and willing to give their suggestion to their guests. The garden is also extremely fascinating and the breakfast is always fresh and various. The two things that in my opinion should be improved are the poor WiFi connection (available only in the common spaces) and the lack of a... More

We picked La Maison de Rocbaron off the Sawdays website (see the Sawdays book for their story), and were not disappointed. Our hosts were gracious, informative, spoke excellent English, cooked superbly, and gave us the space a privacy for a lovely relaxing holiday. Unfortunately we were there in autumn, so din't get to use their lovely big pool, but we... More

Jeanne and Guy are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very cute and with a lot of character. Jeane is an amazing cook. She makes food at top restaurant level. The setting of the house is lovely. I'd love to have dinner outside. Unfortunately the weather did not allow that.

Having eventually discovered La Maison de Rocbaron, after accidentally driving the wrong way down a one way street, we were warmly greeted by Guy and Jeanne. Their home has character and is charmingly furnished and decorated. Unfortunately our stay only covered one evening when they offered dinner, because that was a memorable experience with perfectly cooked courses (mainly fish), served... More
