Points of Interest

1. Catoctin Mountain Visitor's Center

14707 Park Central Road, Thurmont, MD Park here and cross road to begin trail.

2. Falls Nature Trail Start to Cunningham Falls 2.8 Miles

3. Cross Trail Point

Veer left to cross road to continue to Cunningham Falls.
After viewing falls, return the same way to this cross-trail point to continue to Hogs Rock.

5. Hog Rock Nature Trail

Begin the uphill climb towards Hog Rock.

Cross Road to continue on trail. Restroom located here. Parking area is for Hog Rock Trail.

Super overlook. After lunch, return and head right to begin descent.

From this point, turn left to continue along trail that leads to the road and back to the Visitor's Center. This off-trail section offers a 500' incline over 2/3 miles, and is bushwacking until the trail is located.
