Points of Interest

1. Parking Area

There is no fee to park here and there are picnic tables to eat at as well. Start your loop walk around the inside of this tuff rim on your right.

2. Heading Around the Rim

More views as you head out into the volcanic rim.

3. Volcanic Extrusions

Here in the center of the crater you will find the remnants of the volcanics that brought this area to the surface under an ancient sea. Feel free to explore the area and climb up onto the rocks for photos.

4. Return to the Parking Lot

From here you can take a left and head back down out of Fort Rock back to your vehicle.
