Points of Interest

1. Early view of Mt. Hood

This is a great spot to enjoy a view of Mt. Hood with the rushing Sandy River in the foreground.

2. Seasonal Bridge

This seasonal bridge is removed every winter, so if you're planning a trip in late fall or early spring and you're not sure, contact the forest service for exact dates when the bridge will be there.

Also, enjoy another especially nice view of Mt. Hood from just across the bridge here.

3. Ramona Falls

This is where the magic is. Stop and watch the falls for a while - maybe have your lunch here. Be sure to snap some photos before crossing the cool log bridge to your left.

4. Ramona Creek

Enjoy the sound of this babbling creek and the lush greenery surrounding it.

5. Exposed Cliffs

Here's a great view of some exposed cliffs just north of the trail. The cliffs are dazzling in mid-late afternoon sun.
