Points of Interest

1. Hail Brook Trailhead

About 2.5 miles down the Zealand Road. $3 per day to park here. As usual in the north woods keep an eye out for moose!

2. Hale Brook

The trail can be pretty steep at times but nice stream crossing like this are always beautiful.

3. Summit of Mt. Hale

A big pile of rocks (cairn) marks the summit of this 4,054' peak. The trees at the top have gotten pretty tall to be able to get any really clear views unfortunately.
