What's your definition of kid-friendly? I can tell you that having a 4-foot deep pool in your hotel is not so kid friendly if you're three years old and only THREE feet tall! It's amazing how many hotels call themselves kid-friendly just because they have cribs and video games. All kids are not created equal! So, I'd love to see everyone start lists of the best wading pools & baby pools because this kind of information is really hard to find on the hotel sites! Help?! What do YOU suggest??
Amazing pool - not more than 4 feet deep, with two slides, 2 adult sand-bottom hot tubs and one Family sand-bottom hot tub. The wade-in area is also sand/gravel and 18 inches at it's deepest part. A lazy-river snake-like pool with water falls and lots of steps/ladders.
The best baby pool i've seen yet! It's located right next to the bigger kids' pool (not completely separated so you can't watch both of your kids) AND they have a beach with sand in addition to a wade-in pool with a slide!
Beautiful, winding pool with something for everyone. They have great fountains at this resort for little ones too. No real beach/sand fun here tho even though it's on the water.
While the baby pool is not next to the bigger pool, at least they HAVE one! They also have a great koi pond for little ones.
Great pool that starts at only 2 ft deep and works its way up in 6 inch increments - only going to 5.5 feet at its deepest end.
One of the few indoor pools in northern ohio - enough said!
Mediocre pool but at least it starts at 2.5 feet deep and goes deeper in 6 inch increments.
Indoor Water Park with zero depth pool, 2 slides, a lazy river (3 ft deep i think), a kids playground structure in the middle of the zero-depth part of the pool, lap pool and hot tub - great place for kids under 10!
This city-run, outdoor pool is another great one for kids under 10 or 11. The zero depth area is gated - so little ones don't get lost - even though this place isn't that huge; several water slides with inner tubes/rafts and smaller slides for young kids, lap pool, water falls and more. The baby pool area is heated water too - even though it's usually pretty hot in Antioch - which is located about 15-20 minutes East of the Concord area.
