I would recommend going up the CN tower - great views and a super fast lift! Not a good idea if its foggy though! No need to bother buying anything at the top as theres a great gift shop and food area at the bottom.
The tour was surprisingly great fun and a must do! I would also recommend going to see a game or show while your here in Toronto. The seats start at really low prises and we had a great time!
We enjoyed our tour of this 'castle'. It will easily pass an afternoon or morning and is good for those who like there history and kids that like to explore rooms and towers!
Great if you want to get away from the city and spend a day wondering around the Zoo. Theres lots of walking though as its spread out over a large area. The public transport is great so it isnt hard to get there - I would recommend getting the best route from the travel info centre in Toronto first though!
Great place to shop! More shops than what you can wish for and all linked with tunnels so no need to go outside if its raining!
6. Niagara Falls
We got tickets from the tourist info centre and bought return bus tickets to Niagara falls saving money compared to an organised trip. I would recommend the Maid of the Mist boat trip as this is the best bit. Otherwise its pretty dissappointing! No need to spend more than a half day unless you want to check out the casino or tacky gift areas!
This is where we stayed while in Toronto. A great area where you can watch the people go by on the boardwalk by the beach! Just a short hop from the city.
