    Great experience! You watch your dinner cook in a giant pot over a roaring fire - first they put in the potatoes, then the onions, then the white fish. The oils rise to the top, so they throw fuel on the fire, causing the pot and all the oil to boil over. Run inside and get seated as they serve the food with a yummy slice of cherry pie. Delicious and fun!

    Great location, super friendly staff, fantastic food, nicely decorated rooms - all you could ask for in an inn! Not very business-friendly, but they will gladly let you use their computer to check email.

    Peninsula State Park, Fish Creek

    Don't drive, hike! Many people drive to the look-out tower, but my husband and I hiked the 5 miles there from the entrance gate. We only saw 3 people the whole time, despite the constant stream of cars that were surely on the road. Absolutely beautiful fall colors and nicely kept trails!
