For a very reasonable rate, we've been on a half-day wine tour in Provence near Avignon and Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, in the center of the so called "route des vins" in Southern Cotes du Rhone.
Not only the wineries we visited were producing excellent wines, but the landscapes were amazing. I recommend visiting www.wineroute-provence.fr for full details
