As exciting as Century Village can be, there is a lot more to do in Boca Raton than just visiting with the grandparents. You can even take them along!

Great way to see the native birds of south Florida and a few alligators. It is a nice boardwalk through a wetland area.
Meet Ace the rescued sea turtle and other rescued turtles and sharks in open tanks. There is also a great nature walk with an outlook tower and a butterfly trail. You might actually learn something!
Lay out on the beach or go snorkeling on the red reef, just a few feet from the shore.
See the Everglades in just a short drive. The airboat tours are great, just be ready to eat some mud.
It's back! Sublime is newly renovated after the hurricane and is better than ever. You don't need to be a vegetarian to enjoy this unique dinning experience.
Excellent Italian food that even your grandparents will love.
7. Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale: Downtown Arts & Entertainment Center
You can spend an entire day here. There is so much to see, eat and do at Riverwalk. Be sure to take a river cruise and see celebrity homes on one of the many boats offering chartered tours. You know you want to see Barbara Mandrel's house!
