1. Bellagio Conservatory
| Wow! This constantly changing free exhibit is amazing! One of the more recent display was a spring garden complete with all types of foreign butterflies. Currently the exhibit includes a miniature train going through a garden of miniature U.S. landmarks. (There's even a miniature Bellagio with a miniature water fountain.) |

| This has brought people to tears and the shows are often enough and cheap enough (free) that you can stand and watch a couple. So impressive and enjoyable to watch I almost don't want to cheapen it by typing so much. . . you have to see it! |

3. Fremont Street Experience
| Another free one. Some shows are better than others but no matter what show you see you will definietly be in awe of the lights! The only light show of its kind and there's so much to see and do downtown that its easy to find something to do in between shows. There's often free concerts. From big name country stars to the second best piano player in the world there's always something to see. |

4. White Tigers
| A rare animal that you can't even see in a zoo that you would pay to get into. These white tigers are free to see and even if your not a big animal person, worth the minimal effort it takes to walk by them at the Mirage. They're beautiful! |

5. Stratosphere rides
| The three rides on top of the Stratosphere are insane. One, appropriately titled Insanity, swings riders over the edge of the tower so fast that they are facing the ground. . . you can see right down the tower. It is unreal. The other shoots riders off the edge, but you have to sit in the front! The third is the big shot. Similar rides exist in other amusement parks. It shoots you staight up (or sometimes rises you slowly) in seats facing outwards. (Supreme Scream if you've ever been to Knotts in California.) The difference here is that when you're on top of the stratosphere you feel like your on the ground and when it shoots you up you can no longer see the top of the stratopsphere but the real ground over a thousand feet below. Instead of going up 15 stories in 1/2 second, you feel you've gone up 130 stories. |

6. Dishes at Treasure Island
| BEST BUFFET EVER! There is a sushi station, which in and of itself is worth the $15(lunch)-$20(dinner) you spend on the buffet. Then there's a salad station where they make you fancy salads right in front of you. There's wood fired pizza that is soooo good. There's a sandwich and pasta station, which again is prepared the way you like it right in front of you. The service is great. The dessert bar is incredible! There's cotton candy, creme brulee, chocolate dipped strawberries and bannanas, and REAL ice cream with a variety of flavors. There's of course the normal buffet items too. Spending a little bit more money for this one will make a huge difference. |

| Very nice restaurant! The service and food is incredible. . . the definition of fine dining. $30 minimum for dinner but the brunch is very reasonable. In fact, a bowl of soup cost less then it would cost you just to take the elevator to the top of the tower. You get your own elevator and if its a long line to get up there you get to pass it up. The revolving restaurant allows you to see both the strip on the south side and downtown on the north. Can't be beat. |

8. Mermaids downtown
| Not actual mermaids, but the casino. For $ .99 you can get either a hot dog, a margarita, chocolate dipped frozen banana, deep fried oreos, or a deep fried twinkie which actually tastes like a funnel cake. Yumm! |

| Any Cirque du Soleil show will amaze you. This one is the best but it is also one of the more expensive ones. For our anniversary my husband and I went and saw Mystere and that was amasing too but if you're on vacation you might as well splurge. The cirque du soleil shows are the most popular ones in Vegas so be sure to get tickets well in advance. |

My husband and I aren't big gamblers but when we gamble we like to play with the casinos money. There are a lot of players clubs that will offer you free slot play for signing up but this casino has the best. $100 cash back guarantee! We didn't believe it at first so instead of spending $200 we only spent $80. They really gave us our $80 back! They also give money away randomly every 20 minutes! This is the best place for gambling. |
