8 days in the city of lights
This is where we first landed and stepped on Parisian Land. We travelled from London to Paris via Eurostar. It only took us a little more than 2 hours.
This is our first hotel. We travelled here using the RER lines. First we boarded the RER A, then the RER B. This hotel is located only one stop before the Disneyland Paris stop. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment hotel for 3 nights.
A huge world class mall that gives you everything you need for your trip. This is located very near our first hotel, less than 2 minutes walk.
We had a booking of 2 days in Disneyland starting the day after our arrival.
This is our second hotel. We needed to change hotels because this area will be nearer to the venue of the Convention that we will attend over the weekend.
We managed to go up the Eiffel Tower but only to the second floor via stairs. We had the most amazing view.
We took the bus from Eiffel Tower to Champ Elysees, we went off the bus at the end of Champ Elysees and walked toward the Arc de Triomphe
We visited this very famous sweets shop along the Champs Elysees and bought ourselves some oth the world famous macarons.
We did not buy anything, but we just took a look at the magnificent decor of the shop/building. An amazing flagship store.
This is the end of our Champ Elysees walk. Our prize for walking the loong and wade pavements of Champs Elysees.
This is where our Church's Europe Convention was held for 2 days.
On the day of our check out and departure from Paris, we had a quick tour of the remaining tourist sites that we haven't visited yet. Notre Dame Cathedral was celebrating their 850th year. We did not go inside the cathedral as we did not have enough time.
This is the world famous museum that houses the original Mona Lisa painting. Too bad we did not have time to go inside. We just managed to take a picture of the famous pyramid
Again, another quick stop. We just took a couple of pictures of the outside but never manage to go in.
