Hotel near BWI airport, cheaper with free contential breakfast and shuttle to airport, around a $100 a night.
Use the lightrail to go to the inner harbor, $3.60 round-trip.
Buy seafood from Phillips Takeout, eat for less than $15.00 per person or buffet around $25.00.
Free intertainment on the weekends at the harbor. ESPN Zone, the National Aquarium, the Maryland Science Center, Reginald Lewis African American Museum and the Water Taxi or ride The Duck.
