| Day 1: Stay at the Moore Hotel in trendy Belltown. It is close to everything and typically under $80 a night--a bargain in the emerald city! |
2. The Crocodile Cafe
| Located a few blocks up from the Moore, head over to the Crocodile Cafe--known as "The Croc" to natives. Co-owned by Peter Buck from REM, this is the place to go for some great live music. Be sure to check this place out for breakfast and the New Orleans-based concoction "swamp water" is truly authentic. |

| Cruise trendy Belltown. Stretches of trendy stores, cool bars and restaurants at your feet! Be sure to check out the wild curios at the Lava Lounge--which includes menacing wooden dummies and a stuffed cat. |

| Day 2: Start of your Sunday morning on the funkier side of Seattle--lots of artists and fun weirdness to be found (including a larger than life statue of Lenin and a huge troll under the bridge!). Be sure to check out the Fremont Sunday Market for some eclectic arts, crafts and clothes. |

| Sushi on a conveyor belt! After shopping up an appetite at the Fremont Sunday Market head over to Blue C Sushi on Fremont Avenue. Reasonably priced color coded plates hypnotize you as they pass by. |

9. Experience Music Project Museum

12. Chinatown International District

| Take Bus 56 to Alki Beach in West Seattle. Alki Beach is pretty popular and about the closest thing you can get to a Florida or California "beach" experience in the Pacific Northwest! It's definitely worth the trek on a "good weather day"...bring a frisbee or play a serious game of badminton with friends. Don't forget to stroll by the smallest replica of the Statue of Liberty--a prime Kodak moment! Grab a quick bite to eat at Spud Fish and Chips on 2666 Alki Avenue. |

| A respected club & bar in the Queen Anne District, the Mirabeau Room has happy hour with no cover on Mondays from 5 to 9. Try the delicious pomme frites and listen to local piano man legend Howard Bulson. If you're still hungry or want to feed down the buzz, grab a burger and shake across the street at a Seattle famous drive-in burger chain--you can't miss it and it's open late! |
