Check out the Mathmatica room, the lightning exhibit, the computer room. Give yourself at least 3-4 hours, if not more, to see the entire museum.
Great fun for children, and for some adults who can still be kids once in a while. Really good for families, and educational for your kids.
Truly a museum to pain, suffering, anguish, and, finally, happiness. Not sure if the tour is worth the money if you're not interested in the team, but for those who are, going once in your life is a must
Beautiful art work here. Interesting collection of works.
Very cool stuff to look at, but if you're over 14, it probably won't keep your interest long. Not very big and usually very crowded, it's worth a visit but don't plan your day around it.
Sox fans can finally visit without wanting to gouge their hearts and eyes out. Good place for sports buffs and might interest some children.
Nice background of the city. Good place to start or finish if you're doing a historical tour of the city.
Nice place to visit for followers of the Kennedy family. A bit out of the way if you're staying downtown, but it is accesible via the T.
Not really a museum, but very historical. A bit overrated, at least that's what most from outside the city tell me. It's really just a line painted on the ground that takes you to the major historical sites around the city. Nice way to see the city and it's history, but not recommended for those with children.
Again, not exactly a museum, but still very interesting. Great for history buffs and skippers alike.
