This is a great little cafe with views over the harbour and towards Castle Cornet.
Serves breakfasts, lunch and afternoon teas: a great choice of hot and cold dishes at reasonable prices.

This is a compact cafe; small tables placed close together. Very popular and busy at lunchtimes.

Location: up 3 steep flights of stairs (no lift) above All In Black shop on the High Street in St Peter Port.

  • 2. The Pavilion Brasserie

Delicious food at this little Brasserie attached to "Bruce Russell Gold and Silverrsmith", near the airport.

Seating inside and out, plus an attractive woodland walk. Toilets are a bit basic, but the quality of the food far outweighs the simple facilities!

  • 3. Le Gouffre Cafe, Le Gouffre, Forest, Guernsey

This Cafe has one of the finest locations in Guernsey on the cliffs near the airport, with fine sea views.
Pop in for a morning coffee and a slice of cake, or, enjoy an envigorating walk on the cliffs, then lunch. Lots of delicious dishes, ranging from cooked breakfast to seafood. Also a choice of dishes of the day.

  • 4. Fermain Beach Cafe
Fermain Beach Cafe, St Peter Port, Guernsey

This Cafe boasts one of the prettiest locations on the Island, at the bottom of Fermain Valley, with stunning views over the Bay. Enjoy a walk along Guernsey beautiful south coast Cliffs and reward yourself with coffee and cake, or a seafood lunch.

Indoor and outdoor seating; recommend the locally caught crab sandwich: delicious!

  • 5. Boulangerie Victor Hugo, Lower Pollet and Longstore St Peter Port

Oh! The most delicious French breads, pastries, cakes and gateaux - a must-stop for anyone with a sweet tooth.

There are two outlets: the first is in the Lower Pollet, where you can purchase delicious filled baguettes and rolls. A very small seating area available for those who want to have a quick coffee.

The second - and larger outlet - is at the Longstore. Head north from St Peter Port towards St Sampson and you will find this super cafe next to the Absolute End restaurant. Parking available outside - but remember to set your parking clock!

  • 6. Pelican's Cafe, Lower Pollet, St Peter Port

Closed as of April 2012, but will be reopening under new ownership shortly.

  • 7. Cobo Tea Room, Cobo Bay, Castel, Guernsey

This is a super little tea room overlooking Cobo Bay.
A variety of dishes, ranging from freshly made sandwiches and paninis, to salads, soup, and jacket potatoes.
Leave room for one of their yummy desserts: home-baked cakes, the biggest meringues I've ever seen, or try a Cobo Crispie - not for the faint-hearted!!

  • 8. Cafe Victoria, Guernsey Museum and Art Gallery, Candie Gardens, St Peter Port

This cafe is housed in the old bandstand in Candie Gardens, and linked to the Museum.
