My favorite places for brunch in San Francisco.
Lovely atmosphere for both dinner and brunch, and the food never disappoints. Make reservations on Opentable and ask to sit in the courtyard. Their homemade poptarts are wonderful!
My absolute favorite restaurant in SF. Sure it's Southern food, but it's still worthy of a visit. Bottomless watermelon tea, and absolutely amazing beignets and biscuits. Take a cab from Union Square.
A two hour wait if you go during peak times-- go early or on a week day. They have the best eggs benedict with a few different variations.
An easy walk from Union Square- always a line, but worth the wait. Quirky restaurant, great brunches.
Buttermilk pancakes and blackberry mimosas! A quiet, sunny restaurant in the Mission District.
Adorable little French cafe in South Park (near the ballpark). They have the best croque monsieur sandwiches.
Surprisingly good food for being at Pier 39, and a view to go with. Great breakfasts (huge portions), with pancakes and french toast being under $10, though items like eggs benedict are in the $18 range.
More of a "scene" than the others, but great brunch items and bottomless mimosas. Located in the Marina District.
