Places we enjoyed on our recent trip
1. Lake Temiscouata, NB
Beautiful crystal lake
Fun and interesting crossing.
Great B&B
4. Province House, Charlottetown, PEI
Lovely recereation of the mid-nineteenth century in a working province house
5. Victoria-by-the-Sea, PEI
Charming and photogenic little village
Nice quaint little place to eat with very good menu
Wonderful food
Lovely old hotel is a must-see even if you don't stay there
Beautiful and dramatic beaches
10. The Dunes, Brackley-by-the-Sea, PEI
Great gift shop with spectacular gardens in back. Very large and includes restaurant
Best local mussels and most creative ways of fixing them!
Charming little city, very easy to see on foot
A must-see in PEI

Famous town. Tpuristy but picturesque
20. Flight 111 Memorial, Bayswater, Nova Scotia
Moving and well done. This, not the one in Peggy's Cove, is the primary memorial to the crash and contains the unidentified remains of the victims.
Touristy but still lovely
Probably the most well known lighthouse in North America
Capital of the Maritime region. Very interesting city.
Better than the Boston ones, I think.

Lovely town with nice ambience.
Nice and reqsonable place to dine.
Site of longest covered bridge in the world.

Nice little it with dramatic topological layout.
