1. King Tut's Tomb and Museum
| The replicas here don't even attempt to do justice to the real thing. Half of the tiny museum consists of its gift shop. |
2. Shalimar Wedding Chapel
| A couple of friends had a mock wedding ceremony here. It was embarrassing for everyone. Elivs was nasty. Don't ever do it. |

| Formerly Buccaneer Bay and still as unimpressive, this new sidewalk show is not worth the time. You'll regret waiting among the huge crowd for a glimpse at a rather unentertaining performance. |

4. The Tropicana Bird Show

This free daily show is truly disappointing. Pet tropical birds perform silly tricks, led by an obnoxious host. Held next to a bar in the hotel. |

| This tacky nightly show at Hotel San Remo is billed as magic, but it's hardly more than poor comedy with props. Not worth sitting through even if you have a free ticket. |

There's a reason this hotel and casino has some of the lowest rates on the Strip - it's a dump. Spend a little more and stay someplace nicer. |

7. Treasure Island Buffet
| This buffet is hyped as one of the best in Vegas, but it was disappointing. High prices, long lines and mediocre food keep it from living up to its reputation. |

| Of all the poker rooms in Vegas, this is the worst. The entire room has less than 10 tables, and rarely has games going on half of them. |

9. Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay
| If this aquarium were free, it might come recommended, but for the price of admission, you'd expect a lot more. |

| Riding the Monorail is more trouble than it's worth. Stations are out of the way and fares are high. |
