Madrid offers a wide variety of good restaurants. This lists includes the ones that I think are most special, based on their history, service, quality or prestige.

    This is one of the classic restaurants of Madrid and a favorite of international celebrities.

    One of the most prestigious restaurants of the city. Its cuisine is based on Basque dishes.
