Having been to Las Vegas many, many times, I would like to share with you some fun things to do besides gambling. Sometimes, we don't always win in Vegas, but with this goList, you can!

This is great because you get to have a decent meal while enjoying a jousting show. It is even better if you participate! The performers will ask you to cheer them on, which is really fun. The theater is midevil times style with bleacher seating and small folding tables to eat your meal on. Most kids will love it. One of the times I went there was a lot of fire and a large dragon came out, so make sure your kids aren't afraid of these things. The show changes occasionally.
It's Free! Just walk into the MGM Grand and it is on the right side of the casino. Something nice to see that doesn't empty your pocket. Do you like Bloody Mary's? The bar upstairs on your way to New York New York serves fabulous ones. Spend your money there.
Bring your camera! Take lots of pictures with the stars and celebrities in this museum! They are wax figures, of course, but no one will know. They are so life like! Located in font of the Venetian Hotel/Casino. www.madametussaudslv.com
4. Conservatory & Botanical Gardens at Bellagio
Located inside the Bellagio and also free. Great picture spots. Scenery changes seasonally. Beautiful.
Also inside the Bellagio, this fine art exhibit is also educational. See many rare original paintings. Admission fee.
Nice to see in the evening or at night. This fountain show is beautiful, massively tall sprays of water that seem to dance to music. Free in front of the Bellagio right on the strip. You can see it while driving, but pay attention to the road!
Wait! This is not just shopping (which is EVERYWHERE in Vegas). Some of the statues actually move and put on an amazing show for you! Don't miss this! I still like to go visit and see this as it seems to change occasionally. Shows are free and last time I was there go on every hour.
Also found in the forum shops is a huge aquarium near one of the talking statues shows.
Venture off the strip to an amazing place at the Rio All Suite Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. I seem to end up here every time I go to Vegas and I got married here! The Masquerade Show in the Sky is free, located in the casino near the Masquerade Village restaurants. You will see dancers in beautiful, lighted floats hanging from the ceiling. Get your free, shiny beads here. They make pretty, free souvenirs. Fun for all!
Take the Rio Hotel's free shuttle round trip to/from Harrah's, Bally's, or Paris on the strip.
While you are at the Rio in Masquerade Village, visit their seafood buffet. This place is awesome! All you can eat lobster, crab legs, scallops, sushi! I couldn't believe everything was actually tasty, too. I have only been there once so far, but will be going back. Pricey, but get your coupon by signing up for a casino card.
This a a lot of fun! Providing you don't go on the tour expecting to snap a photo of a ghost or expect any real proof of spirits by the end of the tour. The tour guide makes or breaks the experience, just hope yours is good. What do you do? First, go on the tour bus expecting to have good time. Next, hope you can get an orb or two in your photos and learn a little bit about Las Vegas' past.
