Obviously there's a lot to see in Berlin, more than you can just see in two days, but this is what I saw when I was there. It's a tight schedule! Some you can walk to, some you'll want to use the U-Bahn to get to.

The third-best place I visited...make sure you climb the dome and see the view- it's one of the best views you can get in Berlin.
2. Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church
Very cool because there is a huge hole. Very historical too, it was bombed during WW2.
Nice museum, but somewhat boring for high schoolers and younger. Amazing architectural artifacts.
4. Brandenburg Gate (Brandenburger Tor)
Tied for the best thing I saw in Berlin. It's simply amazing.
The other best thing I saw. It was brand new when I was there. All of the concrete blocks are the size of graves, and it goes on and on forever.
There was a "tipi" up when I was there, and I got to see an acrobatic play, which was fun. The park itself is nice.
7. Charlottenburg Palace (Schloss Charlottenburg)
Not worth the time, money, or energy to see the little bit that's open.
Downtown, the middle of Berlin.
9. Berlin Wall Museum (Museum Haus am Checkpoint Charlie)
I didn't go in the museum, but seeing the sign was awesome. I bought a little metal postcard of the "leaving" side of the sign. Also, "SnackPoint Charlie" is a great place to get a cheap lunch, there's all sorts of sandwiches and stuff there, and it's just right across the street from the museum.
The architecture in this building will kill you. As will walking on the faces. Be ready to cry, a lot. The fourth-best thing I saw.
Great tourist shopping. I got my dad a bierglas, my grandma a plate, my little sister some keychains, and myself a couple of shirts, a bunch of postcards, and a guidebook.
