I can not belive how awful this hotel is, when we arrived they gave us a room that looked like someone had just slept in it. So we went to the front desk and they apologized and gave us another room....

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. I have stayed at several others in the Charlotte area (including several pricey ones!) and this was the best stay I've had! You cannot beat the price...
