We stayed at this hotel last year as a weekend break whilst visiting family. We arrived and tried to check in but found only one member of staff on the bar - who couldn't therefore see us to our room....

To call this a 'boutique hotel' is to promote it way beyond its worth. It is 'rooms above a pub'. The address promised much - near the cathedrals, in the 'Georgian Quarter' and part of a gastro-pub...
