Compared to the last time i was in this hotel i noted that the hotel had improved in terms of srvice delivery, cleanliness., and reduced noise in the rooms since the windows are now double glassed.

the room service meal cost me 700 shillings it was dog end food at the airport cafe i paid 300 for food heaven,get a proper chef who can cook chapatis its your traddition,the room was smelling of dirt...

I thought I was escaping poor service at the Kenya Comfort Hotel, but landed in the most noisy place in town. Their windows and rooms are not sound proof. There are these public transportation buses...

Very noisy. The Hotel is dirty and we couldn't even get a shower as it didn't work. The service were very bad , after one hour the hotel offered another room, but the the shower didn't work here...

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights upon our arrival in Nairobi before leaving for a Safari.We booked via Expedia from Europe as this was the only place with an acceptable price (70 USD for a double)....
