I stayed here for about 4 days and the staff was very rude, the rooms unclean and the amenities non existent. We'll never return in this hotel.

Avoid this hotel if you can. There are hotels with a similar price tag located more central.

Having travelled extensively, this has to be one of the worst 4 star hotels stayed in. Booked through Thomson, thinking it would be ok. It can only be described as 2/3 star. Expensive for what we got....
