Very dirty Hotel, very small and dirty bathroom, the water in the bathroom was cold, air condition filter: black!! Unbeliveble..Unpolite staff. The only thing is very close to the centre of Nice....

We staied 6 nights in in mid August. The standard is not meeting 2 stars requirements I beleive. The internet connection was very very bad and only working in the first floor (not in the rooms)...
