The lake was a bit of a drive over a winding road and had lots of tourists. Not quite as nice as Lake Louise but well worth the drive. Not to be missed.

We did the Lake Moraine tour and the lake was very pretty. We did not do the cruise and I don't think you need to - to appreciate the lake.
