Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach/Oceanfront Questions & Answers

I've read reviews about the parking space in the garage is small. I'll be staying there in July and just make sure my modified truck can be parked in the garage. Please let me know the clearance of your garage

The clearance in the parking garage is 8 feet. If your truck is taller than that, we have a two spaces at the entrance to the garage for over-sized vehicles. We look forward to see you in July at the Hampton Inn & Suites Oceanfront Resort.

The hotels that have parking garages attached to them on the oceanside of ocean boulevard have tight garages. There is a function of available space. There are hotels with larger garages and spaces but they are typically on the land side of ocean boulevard. One mother told me: "It would not be a vacation for me if I had to worry all week about my children crossing ocean boulevard to get to the car everyday. Food for thought. There is always room up or down. The main level gets tight. You should have NO problems finding a spot to suit you although it might not be "the" most convenient.

The lanes are very narrow in the bottom floors. Like everyone has said, park up top.

We have an SUV and some of the spaces since tight. It may be less congested and crowded on the upper levels that are open. We parked in a lower level this time because that is where our room was located. Like others have suggested you may want to check with the Hampton.

We drove a chevy silverado, it fit in the garage..but yes, it's tight in there. I would call hotel directly, to check clearance for your truck. Have a great vacation.

I'm unsure of the clearance of the garage however it seems a normal size to me. If you call them they will be able to give you the exact clearance.
