Hello, just want to know as we have booked for pool access rooms, but is the pool accessible 24/7 or are there time restrictions for usage? Thank you :-)

Dear SME80,

Greetings from the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa!

Thank you for your booking and query via Tripadvisor! Our pool is the longest in Thailand, 3.2km for an entire round, so the Pool Access Room will provide an excellent platform for you to experience it. Some say it takes longer to swim the pool than the drive from the airport takes.

We do not officially close the pool, but would like to point out that we do not have lifeguards on duty and swimming, especially at night, will be at own risk. Additionally as a courtesy towards other guests we would kindly ask to consider low noise levels after 10pm. The depth of the pool is approx. 120cm in most parts of the pool, so it is possible to stand for breaks. Also, exiting is possible from various points throughout the resort.

We hope this information is helpful for you and look forward to welcome you to our personal oasis shortly.

Kind regards,

JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa

Hi, Have you seen the answer for your question from the representative...officially no...but there are no life guards...I believe they may clean the pol in the evening...but you can always check this out at reception when you arrive. Have a great trip
