I found the shuttle to be unreliable. First I would do the online chat directly with the hotel making sure to have the chat history sent to you via email. THEN the next day or so I would call the hotel directly and make sure they have the reservation. You can always get a taxi, if needed. The lunch for the 5 of us was comped because I had a record of the reservation. We checked out at 11, so when you call to double check about the reservation you can ask about a late check out. Most places are pretty accommodating! Sorry I don't have any direct answers for you =(
