"We did a day tour with Mammoth all Weather Shuttle to Yosemite National Park. Our tour guide, Lucas, was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He was at our pick up location 10 minutes earlier and the cleanlyness of the van was impeccable. Lucas knew a lot about the area and answer all our q..."uestions. I would definetly use mammoth all weather shuttle on my next visit to mammoth and I would recommend to anyone who needs a professional and reliable service.

"Not being much of a hiking family, we thought it was quite the hike, probably 1.5 hrs there and almost an hour back. The climb is pretty steep (for us) for most of the way but the views all along are incredible. The path is very good and not a challenge in itself.
Crystal Lake itself is a beaut..."iful small lake fed by the snows all around. We just went and there was a little snow on the path but just enough for the kids to make snowballs.
Parking is plentiful in the day use park. Definitely do this hike when in the area.

"A lava lake which slowly cooled and was exposed by a valley glacier resulted in the hexagonal basalt column formation at Devil's Postpile National Monument. It's an easy 0.4 mile hike on relatively level ground to the formation and well worth seeing."
