When the temperature is below 95F, this park is very nice due to the combination of cool, shady riding in the woods and sunny, open field-traverses. When the mercury gets up past 95F, it's best ..."to ride this trail early morning or late evening. The most challenging obstacles riding here are large roots, especially on climbs. If you are a hiker/jogger the same obstacles hold true. The climbs are not excessive and the trails are not very technical. The most difficult section of this park is one, single steep climb on stone blocks. Overall this trail is mid-intermediate only because of the roots and some mild climbs that could be challenging for new riders or those not in great shape yet.
