"Well worth the walk out from Brixham Harbour. The old Forts are very interesting as are the audio/video presentations in the visitors centre. If you've worked up a thirst, why not pop in to the Berry Head Hotel on the way back for a pot of tea or a pint or three. Cheers!"
"If the weather is a bit damp, pop in for a look round the Brixham Heritage Museum. I'm particularly interested in Modern History and Brixham's role in WW2 and the D-Day landings in June 1944 was very informative. "
"Very nice ferry service up the river from Dartmouth. Especially on the way home the skipper was very chatty pointong out things of interest along the route
The ferry trip best combined with trip to Greenway House. There is also a way of getting there via Vintage Bus which looks fun as well"
