  "The winery grounds are beautiful- it's a large farm. The fruits and some grapes are grown on the premises. These are used in the wines and desserts. You are permitted to explore the grounds. You will encounter herds of sheep, mules, guinea hens, ducks, and a horse. You will see groves of fruit trees..." and grapes. There are flower gardens where for a small fee you can cut the flowers to take home a lovely arrangement. The grounds have a picnic grove where you may bring your own food and eat while enjoying the band. However there is a section closer to the winery and flower gardens that does not permit food you bring. That section is for those who purchased wine, food, or deserts on site. From may through October there are weekly events and entertainment - much fun! The dessert shop sells out quickly on the weekend. The desserts are made fresh daily.
