I cannot understand why something so innovative and seemingly successful has such a tiny entrance, unnecessary queues (change the foyer and have more staff) plus whenever I am stuck in line, my 6 year old always needs the lavatory. If we are forced to endure..." these queues, please provide accessible facilities. Also pricey and inevitably noisy but I suppose that is the sound of our children enjoying themselves. As a parent, it's not my favourite place but like I said, the children absolutely love it and to be fair, if I am lucky enough to find a seat, I can read and they will come back periodically for drinks but are otherwise entertained for hours.
