To visit the cliffs, we've parked in the main road right outside the city (there is free and paid parking there), between Le Havre and Etretat. From this point, one sees a beach between the cliffs that apparently is easy to get in (to the west). If you go to east, you get back to Etretat walking along the river (generally very easy walk, but may be a little challenging for the elderly at one point). This route was perfect for pictures because we got there in the afternoon and the sun was shining right to the arch and the colors were very beautiful.
