Island Studio Paint Your Own Pottery is the best place to go to paint your own pottery, make a mosaic or take a glass fusion class on vacation in the Cape May County area. Island Studio is a great place for rainy day activities for children and families!
Located 10 minutes away from Cape May, Wildwood, Sea Isle City and Avalon, Island Studio offers a huge selection of ceramics, mosaics and glass fusion projects to choose from. In the summer months, Thanksgiving weekend and select days off-season, guests are invited to walk in anytime during studio hours to begin a project. Generally speaking, If you have a party of 6 or more, it is a good idea to call us in advance to check availability or use our Online Reservation System. We offer "Paint Your Own Pottery" withno additional studio fee! Please note that it takes a minimum of 2 days for your pottery to be glazed and fired. If you will not be able to stop back to pickup your pottery, shipping is generally $6-15 additional for USPS Priority. Pottery pieces range in price from $3 (tiny) to $125 (huge!). Many guests spend on average $20-$30 per child for a nice sized piece. We do have lots of small pieces in the $8-$20 range as well! There is no hourly fee or additional studio fee. We offer Summer Camps, Painting Classes, Paint on Canvas, Oil or Chalk Pastel Classes, Clay Sculpting Workshops, Watercolor and Acrylic Painting Classes and more!
